Ingredients A:
One tsb limejuice
2-tsb fish sauce
2-tsb sugar
Ingredients B:
2 cups of green mango, julienne
½ cup of carrot, julienne
3 bird eye chilies, slice
One shallot, sliced
Two tsb roasted groundnut, pounded coarsely
2 tsb coriander leaves and stalk, minced coarsely
Method :
Combine ingredients A and stir well until the sugar dissolved.
Combine ingredients A and B. Mix altogether.
Best serve chilled.
